I am writing this letter to you to express my sincere gratitude to you and your entire staff. From the front desk Ann to your very special Pam, I have never been treated so kind at any Dr’s office that I have ever been to.
I am a new patient from Arkansas who came to your office in tears with IC. You spent over an hour with me not only listening to my life of pain with IC but also did tests in my first visit that other Dr’s had never done in the last 10 years on me. I realize I do have a very painful disease but your office gives me hope for a future without pain. I will be attending an IC support group on Sunday and I will tell anyone that will listen to me that the Clark Center is the place to go!

Dear Dr. Clark and Salpi,
Just want to write a note about your office staff. I have never experienced such a warm, professional and caring staff. I was very anxious about my appointment, and was soon put at ease. Upon check in, your receptionist was very efficient. The nurse was so kind and explained the tests she did in detail. Salpi your PA, was informative and so very gentle in examining me. You office was busy, however, I did not feel rushed, and all my questions were answered. When you came in, Salpi explained my issues to you in perfect detail. I felt happy leaving that so much attention was given to my health problem, and I was on a positive medical path.
